TOP 10 secondary anime-character I wish to see a spinoff made

It oftentimes happen that we're so charmed by the sidekicks or antagonist in an anime, even more so than by the hero/heroine that we want to know more about those secondary characters, never mind the main plot. Thus, spinoffs are made.

Here`s my TOP 10! :)

#10
Gaara from Naruto series

Gaara (我愛羅) is the Fifth Kazekage (五代目風影, Godaime Kazekage), the youngest child of the Fourth Kazekage, and the youngest brother of Kankuro and Temari. Being raised as a tool of Sunagakure, Gaara gained the nickname Gaara of the Sand Waterfall (砂瀑の我愛羅, Sabaku no Gaara).

#9
Sanji from One Piece

Sanji is a pirate and the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is the fourth person to accept Luffy's offer of joining the crew.

#8
C.C From Code Geass

C.C. (シー・ツー, Shī Tsū, pronounced C2) is a fictional character in the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion anime series by Sunrise. Her seiyū is Yukana while she is voiced by Kate Higgins in the English dub. C.C. is not her real name; she involuntarily reveals her real name to Lelouch in her sleep, but it is muted so the viewer cannot hear it.

In the 29th Anime Grand Prix, she was awarded 3rd place. She was chosen the most popular female character of 2007 at Animage magazine's 30th Anime Grand Prix. In the 31st one she received 3rd place again.

#7
Amane Misa from Death Note

Misa is a famous model, singer and actress and is infatuated with Light Yagami. She usually refers to herself in the third person by calling herself "Misa-Misa" to be cute and tends to be hyperactive. Though Misa wears jewelry with a crucifix theme in the manga, she wears fleur de lis jewelry in the anime adaptation (however, the cross is retained on the collector's figure included with Volume 5 of the DVD series). Despite her hyperactivity; she rarely, if ever, allows her personal feelings about anyone to interfere with Light's plans, showing her unflinching loyalty to him.

#6
Ray Lundgren from GunxSword

Ray is a withdrawn and ruthless Armor pilot whose wife, Shino, was killed by the Man with the claw hand. He first appears in episode 4 at the last minute, making his main appearance in episode 5 but is opposed at first to Van. Like Van, he travels to find the Man with the claw hand and exact his revenge by killing him. Unlike Van he has far fewer qualms over who dies by interfering with him, something Van despises and is easily provoked by. However, according to Joshua, he apparently was completely different in behavior prior to his wife's death. Later in the series he reveals that he seeks to kill the Claw and then die too in order to meet Yoshimo again. Like Van, he also abstains from alcohol, drinking water instead.

Near the end of the series his eyes are injured and his vision is blurred. His vision remains blurred until he is killed on episode 24 while he tries to kill the Claw, his gunshots becoming more erratic with his deteriorating vision. His final shot temporarily derails the Claw's plans by lodging itself in the timer used by the Claw to activate his plan. He is then killed by security vehicles and falls down the steps. He is last scene in a sort of dream sequence where Shino is still alive and he remarks on the 'strange dream' he had before being reunited with her.

His rivalry with Van stems from the fact that both of them want to kill the Claw. Later in the series, they work together, although they show little concern for each other, even when engaged in combat with enemies.

Ray's primary weapon is a katana-shaped gun with a large magazine where the blade would be. He holds it just ahead of the hilt and spins it to fire streams of bullets. He has several hidden weapons, such as the heels of his shoes. One acts as a very small hand held gun, while the other provides a way of summoning, remote-controlling, and self-destructing Volkan.

#5
Hatake Kakashi from Naruto series

Kakashi is the leader and teacher of Team 7, consisting of the series' primary characters, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and Naruto Uzumaki. He is initially portrayed as a detached and apathetic figure, but as the series progresses, his loyalty to his friends and students becomes increasingly apparent. Kakashi's past has been extensively explored in the series, resulting in a gaiden being devoted to his past experiences. Kakashi has appeared in several pieces of Naruto media, including three of the four featured films in the series, all of the original video animations, and several video games.

#4
Asahina Mikuru from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Mikuru Asahina (朝比奈 みくる, Asahina Mikuru) is a fictional character from the Haruhi Suzumiya light novel series. She is the fourth member to make an appearance, and is also the only character other than Kyon to be brought into the SOS Brigade against her will. She is defined by Kyon to be extremely cute, and is often sexually harassed by Haruhi Suzumiya. She is in fact a time traveler from the future with the purpose of observing Haruhi Suzumiya during the course of the story line. One possible way of writing her name in kanji is 未来, meaning "future".

#3
Carmen 99 from GunxSword

Carmen 99 (real name, Carol Mendosa) is a bright and self-sufficient intelligence agent/mercenary who Van and Wendy encounter in the second episode of the anime, although Van apparently has met her before. The nickname 'Carmen 99', comes both from her bust measurement (99 cm) and the number of hidden accessories she always carries. She is often looking for more ways to earn money.

Carmen grew up in the town of Trinolia with her uncle and his daughter (having lost her parents), both of whom she shared a close friendship with until she left the town. Throughout the series, Carmen frequently leaves Van and Wendy's company to later reunite with them, until she finally joins forces with them at the final stand to save the planet.

In the second to the last episode, she infiltrates the Clawed Man's headquarters along with Yukiko, planting bombs along the way. Carmen winds up in a room filled with the flowers that devastated her hometown, where she confronts Fasalina, her nemesis, for the last time. While they fight, Carmen admits to being jealous of Fasalina's directness, freedom and innocent appearance, but declares that she would rather die than become like her. When the Clawed Man dies, Fasalina begs Carmen to kill her. At first, Carmen is more than happy to do so, but when she finds Michael Garret running towards Fasalina, she spares both of them.

In the end, she also admits to liking Van very much after he finally remembers her name, though she laughs it off, knowing that it wouldn't work between them.

#2
Tyki Mikk from Dgrayman

Tyki Mikk (ティキ・ミック, Tiki Mikku) represents the "Pleasure" of Noah. He is the younger brother of Cyril Kamelot and the uncle of Road Kamelot. The Earl once mentions that Tyki subconsciously suppresses his Noah. Tyki has two "sides" to his life, one in which he is a care-free, Portuguese vagabond and the other where he is a Noah and seemingly well-known in society. He enjoys living them both, but fears losing the human friends he has. After Allen Walker's failed attempt to exorcise the Noah, the Noah consumes him. The holy marks, which have previously disappeared, are replaced by three marks: a large one at the base of his neck and two smaller ones on his hands. His appearance transforms into that of a demonic knight and later, after his human form returns, a gray skin tone remains. The wounds from the exorcism still continue to hurt him. Tyki has the ability to "choose" what he wants to touch, allowing him to walk on water or air and harmlessly passing through anything, with the exception of Innocence. He can also "reject" the atmosphere, creating a vacuum. Tease, man-eating golems in the shape of a butterfly given as a gift from the Earl, obey him. He is voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa in Japanese and Brad Hawkins in English.

#1
Kururugi Suzaku from Code Geass

Suzaku Kururugi (枢木 スザク, Kururugi Suzaku) is the deuteragonist of the Sunrise anime series, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. In the 29th Anime Grand Prix, he was 6th place with 143 votes. In the 31st one he received 4th place.
