My first impression on Hanamaru Youchien and Durarara!!^^,
Hanamaru Youchien
On the entering day of Hanamaru Kindergarten, Tsuchida finds Anzu standing alone on a sidewalk waiting for her mother. Tsuchida calls out to her but Anzu mistakes this as flirting. lol Anzu is a very friendly girl and she makes friends with Hii-chan and Koume during the entrance ceremony. She even climbed a tree on her first day to save Koume`s ribbon! The first episode ends with Anzu made a vow to be Tsuchida's bride and that she got a blessing from her parents! haha..
Hanamaru Youchien is a very cute anime but the story kinda reminds me of Kodomo no Jikan! Even the male lead looks the same! o.o The opening theme song was just okay but it`s very cute!^^,

Durarara!!
Durarara!! is adapted from a Japanese light novel series written by Ryohgo Narita, the same person who work on one of my favorite anime; Baccano! so I had a high expectations on this one! This anime is produced by Brain's Base (Baccano!, Spice and Wolf II ).
Durara!! is set in modern Ikebukuro, one major character is a Dullahan with a living motorcycle in place of a horse, come to Japan searching for its stolen head!
Just like Ryohgo Narita`s previous work, Baccano!, Durarara!! had thousands of characters in its anime and ALL of them are the important character for it`s story! We were introduced to a few characters on the first episode.
Mikado Ryugamine and Masaomi Kida are childhood friend. Masomi shows Mikado around Ikebukuro, introducing him to a variety of his friends while warning him about gangs and people to avoid. Meanwhile, a girl they passed along the way is kidnapped by three men, but as the three men rest in a parking garage a figure in black on a black motorcycle confronts them.
After taking down two of the kidnappers and pursuing the third, the rider is revealed to be headless, and pulls a scythe out of the shadows to kill the last kidnapper.
Afterward, Mikado and Masomi see the black motorcycle rider passing on the highway.

I really enjoy Durarara!! and I`ve just finish watching episode 2. Things are getting more and more interesting. Character design were pretty much like Baccano! and the opening was pretty cool I really like it! Just like Baccano`s opening theme, all characters were introduced in it!^^,

Ryohgo Narita`s work always impressed me! Baccano! was insanely awesome and I believe Durarara!! will be my next favorite anime! Salute Ryohgo Narita! Fans of Baccano! shouldn`t miss this anime! 10/10 for episode 1! XD
