Winter Sonata is based on the Korean drama television series about the love between two childhood friends and the tragic events that happen. I`m not a big K-Drama fan but I do watch some of them, and Full House and Princess Hours are my favorite! XD The drama was a huge hit in Japan and now they adapted it into an anime series so why not give it a try? You can watch episode 0 and episode 1 here.

There is a slight differences between the drama and the anime. In episode 0 shows that the characters of the series already have a vexing issues in their lives and how it affect their relationship between them. I guess only those people who finished the drama would understand what happened in episode 0.

This anime really got a pretty great graphic and I love the use of those beautiful background music. The animation quality is fairly high and the way it is presented does seem like it was adapted from a drama. This anime are in Korean dialogue as the original actors from the live action drama are doing the voice. They done a pretty good job in voice acting an anime character!

Opening theme: A-
It`s just lovely. This is the first Korean song that I liked when I watch the drama back in..(2003?)


Ending theme: C+


Now this really amazed me how the tend to make the anime looked exactly like the drama!

Winter Sonata is a great series to start if you want to try something different in anime as it focuses on actual adults rather than teenagers` love story. Watch it if you are a fan of K-Drama!^^,

Whattup minna-san?! We meet again..on my "Weekly Update" post. Today I wanna talk about something to do with blogging. There is time when we are not able to come up with something to post, yup the time when we ran out of ideas. They called it blogger blocks! So how do your guys overcome it?

This morning I stumbled upon an article on one of my favorite blogger`s blog, Darren Rowse from Problogger.net! He shares some tips on how to overcome blogger blocks:

Getting away from your computer and blog can definitely help but so can blogging from a new location.

First thought;
The story kinda reminds me of Yakitake! Japan`s Azuma Kazuma except, for this series the main lead is kinda..clumsy.. lol

Plot
The story centers on a 14-year-old girl named Ichigo Amano who wants to be a pâtissière (female pastry chef), but she is extremely clumsy. One day, she enrolls in St. Mary Academy, a culinary school for sweets, and meets a "spirit of sweets."

Main Character:
Amano Ichigo


The main lead, 14, a bit clumsy and love sweets. She always ignored by her mother. Her dream; to bake the strawberry tart her grandma made for when she was crying, and that cake always brought back her smile. <- This reminds me of Kazuma when he eaten a bread for the first time! A cute and sweet anime! lol Ichigo looked kinda like Mikan from Gakuen Alice(another cute anime!). The first episode was just okay. Nothing really special to me, just some introduction of the main character and her family, she met Henri-sensei and was invited to join St. Marie Academy and YAY her dream come true! lol But I like a food-themed anime so I will be following this series! XD




Opening Theme: C Nothing caught my attention. It`s just cute and too much sweets! lol

Gackt is doing another theme song for Kamen Rider! Gackt provided two theme songs for Kamen Rider Decade; "Journey Through the Decade" and "The Next Decade". Now he is doing another theme song called "Stay the Decade Alive" which will be used in Kamen Rider Double/Decade Movie which opens in theaters on December 12. "The Next Decade" was used in the movie "Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker" which he also appeared in that film as a character named Riderman.

Korean`s new Tokusatsu series!! OMG I never watch a Korean tokusatsu before. The one called Erexion seems quite famous. Maybe I should give it a try some other time! This new series is called SFX Fantasy Rayforce. A lot of special effects filled in the video and that`s amazingly well done for a tv series but the armor/suit design look kinda familiar to me... A fusion of Kiva and ..Hibiki? lol

I`m a big sucker of tokusatsu so I might give this series a try and I MIGHT stream this on Henshin Channel! XD


Rayforce is produced by a Korean game maker called T3 and will be on air in Korea from next March (52 episodes) [Update from Danny!^^]

I was planning to post my favorite channel on Youtube today but I was busy doing some updates on Henshin Channel. Don`t worry, I will try to post it tomorrow. Here I wanna share with you guys Imagin variations of Kamen Rider Den-O`s opening theme, Climax Jump! Kamen Rider Den-O is one of my favorite Kamen Rider series and I really enjoyed the story! Kamen Rider Den-O is quite famous that the series spawned a lot of movies and spin-off including anime based on the Imagins! The reason that Kamen Rider Den-O has amassed such popularity is because of its comedic timing! XD

He got two women in the video! LOL Urataros love flirting with women! xD Somehow I don`t enjoy this version..Sounds dull to me.

Dylan Baker confirmed last night that he is on board for Sam Raimi’s forthcoming Spider-Man 4 but it was still unclear if Dr. Connors would become supervillain The Lizard in this fourth entry in the film series. I would love to see The Lizard as the villain in Spider-Man 4! The movie is set to be released on May 5, 2011.
