Todd McFarlane confirmed and revealed on Facebook that he has currently written a 132 page script for the new Spawn film.
Rumors of a new spawn film has been around for quite some time, and the movie is still too early into pre-production no cast has been announced yet, though McFarlane is interested in having an Academy Award winning actor step into the role of Spawn, but it’s going to take some time before any acting talent is brought on board.
The character of Spawn, formerly known as Al Simmons, was portrayed by Michael Jai White in the original Spawn film released in 1997.
