Synopsis (Via Wikipedia):
Nogami Ryotaro is a young man with a lot of bad luck. One day, he finds a strange pass and things got stranger from a mysterious girl and a large time-traveling train to being possessed by an entity called an Imagin, beings from an alternate future whose kind are attempting to change the past. Though slightly confused about the nature of the crisis, Ryotaro, along with the aid of the hot-headed, violent Imagin, dubbed Momotaros, becomes Kamen Rider Den-O, traveling to different times on the DenLiner to battle the evil Imagin to prevent them from altering the past to affect the present and future. During his adventure, Ryotaro is joined by other Imagin who aid him as well; the lying, manipulating and womanizing Urataros, the herculean (and narcoleptic) Kintaros, and the childish yet powerful Ryutaros. He later meets the mysterious Yuto Sakurai and his bumbling Imagin partner Deneb. Yuto is not only Kamen Rider Zeronos but is the younger incarnation of Ryotaro's older sister Airi's fiance, Sakurai, who mysteriously disappeared and is tied to the mysteries involving the Imagin and a person known as the Junction Point.
Den-O fights Imagin who destroy time by making a contract with humans. Once the contract or wish is completed, the Imagin travels to its contractor`s past and destroys everthing in the time line. Kamen Rider Den-O uses 'Time' as the series main theme. If the past is destroyed, you`ll know what happen; Everything in the present timeline will vanished. It is Den-O`s job to stop the Imagins from destroying time.
Kamen Rider Den-O`s theme is quite unique and no other Kamen Rider series has used 'time' as it`s main theme. As a monster-of-the-week show, most of the episodes in Kamen Rider Den-O were almost a mini-stories but all the funny moment exist in every episodes are quite enjoyable and laughable. The main plot of the series starts around episode thirty seven, where the character 'Kai', the mastermind behind the Imagin attacks was introduced. In addition to all of the silly and funny moments, we also have to experience the sad moments within the plot. Some of the sad plot almost made me cry specially Sieg Imagin and Sakurai Yuuto`s storyline.
Suit design
I`m giving a B- for it`s costume design. Not that great but wasn`t that bad either. I really favor Kamen Rider Den-O Axe Form and Sword Form`s costume.
Most of the characters in this series developed over time. The voice actors for the Imagins did a really great job voicing the characters. Toshihiko Seki, who voiced Momotaros Imagin is one of my favorite seiyuu!^^,
Kamen Rider Den-O got a huge collection of songs. Th opening and ending theme has many forms and I enjoyed listening to Climax Jump Sword Form sung by Momotaros!! XD The original opening theme, Climax Jump was sung by AAA, one of my favorite band!
