Bandai's Tamashii Nations held The Tamashii Nations Awards 2010, a survey for fans to choose their favorite toy releases in the past year, from April 1st, 2009 and March 31st, 2010. The survey was conducted between April 28 to May 6 on Tamashii Web's dedicated page.
Included in the survey are toyline under Tamashii Nations which are SH FiguArts, Robot Damashii, Soul of Chogokin, S.I.C., S.I.C. Kiwami Tamashii, SDX, Armor Plus, G.F.F. series, DX Chogokin and many more.
The Tamashii Nations Awards 2010 have Five Categories:
Packaging: Item with the best packaging.
Gimmick: Item with the most impressive gimmicks.
"Amazing" section: Items with the best elements of surprise - features one didn't expect of, such as color, realization of certain designer's style, pure amazement that the project is pursued in the first place and so on.
Proportion: Items with the best proportion and coolest appearance design.
Overall: Applicable to all items.
