Lucy and Yoko are the only ones I'd consider, though falling for Yoko's pretty fatal, so it's really just Lucy.. the rest just aren't my type. I'd consider Horo or Arashi, though.
Being a girl who goes for kind, gentle guys, I would choose Vash (Trigun), Chad (Bleach), and maybe Shikamaru (Naruto). There are other male characters I like but wouldn't necessarily want to date them.
If us girls are having our say, then for me it's all about Lawrence from Spice and Wolf, Wolfwood from Trigun, or Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist.
